TKVoice is an AI-powered TikTok Voice Generator that transforms text into authentic, engaging speech in seconds.

By accessing, using, or registering for our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are prohibited from using our Service to: (a) generate content that infringes upon third-party intellectual property rights; (b) create misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content; (c) impersonate any person or entity; (d) generate content that violates platform policies of social media networks; (e) create content for illegal activities or that promotes harm; (f) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our AI models.

Automated Activities

You may not use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access our Service without prior written consent. API access, if provided, is subject to separate terms and usage limitations.

Unlawful Practices

Any use of the Service for illegal activities, harassment, hate speech, or violation of third-party rights is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

5. Purchases and Payments

Our Service operates on a subscription-based model with various pricing tiers. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in these Terms. Payment processing is handled through secure third-party providers, and you agree to provide accurate payment information.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Free trial periods, if offered, are limited to one per user and may require valid payment information.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, algorithms, AI models, and proprietary technology, is owned by TKVoice and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of the text content you input into our Service. However, content generated using our AI models may be subject to limitations based on the underlying technology and training data. You are granted a license to use AI-generated voice outputs for your intended purposes, subject to the restrictions outlined in these Terms.

7. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any original content you provide to our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process, analyze, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We may use anonymized and aggregated data derived from user interactions to improve our AI models and Service quality.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our content moderation policies.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to our Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by following the cancellation procedures in your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will cease immediately. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations that accrued prior to termination.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the Service or via email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. Notwithstanding the arbitration requirement, either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or confidential information.
